Things You'll Need
- Carrying sling
Instructions

-
1
Constant contact can help relieve a colicky baby. Place your baby in a sling for as long as possible, at least 2 or 3 hours.
-
2
Stretch one arm across your body. Lay your baby, face-down, with his stomach on your forearm and his face by your elbow.
-
3
As your baby lays face-down across your forearm, have his legs straddling your hand. Place your free hand on your baby's back for support and use your forearm to put slight pressure on your baby's stomach.
-
4
Turn your baby around and lay him on his back on your lap, with his legs pointed at you. Alternating each leg, gently pump his legs like a bicycle to help relieve his tummy pain.
