How do you train your baby to crawl?

While babies develop at their own pace, there are a few things you can do to encourage crawling:

1. Provide Tummy Time

Place your baby on their stomach for several minutes several times a day. Provide toys and objects nearby to encourage them to reach and stretch. Make sure the playtime is supervised and do not leave the baby unattended.

2. Encourage Movement

Hold your baby's hands and assist them in crawling motion by gently pulling them towards toys or interesting objects. Provide them space to move freely.

3. Play Crawling Games

Place toys just beyond your baby's reach to motivate them to crawl. Encourage and praise any crawling attempts.

4. Create an Obstacle Course

Create a safe obstacle course using pillows, blankets, and toys to challenge and encourage crawling.

5. Offer Incentives

Place favorite toys or treats slightly out of reach to motivate your baby to crawl towards them.

Remember that every baby is different and may crawl at different stages. Be patient, supportive, and provide a safe environment for your baby's crawling adventures. Consult a pediatrician or healthcare provider if you have concerns about your baby's development.
