How to Deal With Heat Rash

Heat rash is caused by hot humid weather that makes the body overheat and sweat. The rash is caused when the sweat is trapped near the skin and is unable to evaporate. It is often called "prickly heat" because it feels as if the skin is being pricked by tiny pins. Although heat rash can cause discomfort it doesn't usually cause permanent damage and is often treated at home.
