How to Make Your Own Lice Repellent
Head lice are most common in children and are spread by direct contact. They are a very tiny insect that attaches itself to the hair and scalp. They can quickly breed and spread. This is one of the reasons why parents try to teach children not to share clothing with friends, because this is exactly how lice spreads. A doctor's visit is not the only answer to curing head lice, home remedies can get rid of them too.Things You'll Need

Confirm that head lice are present by checking the scalp for bites, confirming the person has an itchy scalp and by seeing some lice or their small white eggs attacked to hair follicles. Lice are very small and very hard to see, so using a lice comb to brush through can pull any out and make them easier to spot.
