Two cups is a serving of the casserole and each serving provides more than 600 calories, 50 grams of protein and nearly 2000 mg of sodium.

    • Dirt pudding is an easy recipe for a snack or dessert for kids needing high calories. It only take about 15 minutes to prepare and does not require baking. You will need 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy cream, a 4.5-ounce package of instant pudding, 3/4 cup dry milk powder, 8 crushed Oreo cookies and 4 gummy worms. To prepare the pudding, mix the milk and cream and then whisk in the pudding mix and powdered milk, stir in the crushed Oreos and pour into 4 individual cups. After chilling for 5 minutes add a gummy worm to each cup and serve. Each cup provides more than 500 calories, 10 grams of protein and 20 grams of fat. In addition, this recipes contains nearly 300 milligrams of calcium, which is good for kids' growing bones.
