Viral rashes are cause by certain viral infections, such as chicken pox or measles. The rash looks like puss-filled, crusty bumps all over the body. Treatment involves drinking plenty of fluids and getting enough rest. Avoid contact with others until the rash is completely gone.
Allergic Rashes

An allergic rash can appear on the skin as the result of eating an allergenic food or touching a substance that irritates the skin. The rash looks like raised, fluid-filled spots on the trunk and face. Treatment involves avoiding the allergen.
