  Condom use may be suitable for those who for some reason cannot take birth control or for those who are not engaging in sexual intercourse on a regular basis. A regular basis can be defined as having sex at least 2-3 times per week

  All possible methods of birth control should be discussed with your physician. Women must undergo a complete physical exam before beginning any birth control regimen.

  For those who desire no more children, you may consider a more permanent form of birth control such as sterilization.
