1
Monitor your cervical mucous, and have intercourse when it is an egg-white consistency. This is the most fertile type of cervical fluid and will help sperm live longer than any other cervical fluid.
-
2
Use a sperm-friendly lubricant such as Preseed during your fertile time. If you do not get any fertile cervical mucous, a sperm-friendly lubricant is the next best thing. It mimics your natural cervical fluid, allowing the sperm a good environment to remain alive in.
-
3
Have an orgasm after sexual intercourse. Studies have shown that the contractions from an orgasm can pull the sperm up into the cervix. Sperm live longer once inside the cervix because of the environment.
-
4
Lie down after intercourse for a minimum of 10 minutes --- preferably closer to 30 minutes to an hour. Sperm survive only a few minutes in the vaginal canal, so use gravity to help them along their journey. If you get up too soon, they might not make it through your cervix before dying.

Take vitamins to increase your fertile cervical mucous. Not all women get the egg-white cervical fluid naturally; however, there are vitamins that help produce it more frequently. Vitamin C, grapeseed extract and evening primrose oil have shown a significant increase in fertile cervical fluid when taken regularly.
