      Determine the date of the last day of your menstrual cycle. The last day of your menstrual cycle is the day before your first day of bleeding.

      Count back three months, from the date of your last menstrual cycle.

      Add seven days to this date.

    • 4

      Add one year to your new date and you have your estimated due date.
