Lie down on your bed and rotate until your head is hanging over the edge of the mattress. Slowly lift your chin until you bring it close to your collar bone. Hold this position for 10 seconds and slowly lower your head back down for another rep.

Keep your head straight to help stretch the skin on your neck. Looking down or letting your chin slouch will create a double-chin effect.

Lift your head up so you’re staring at the ceiling. Rub your hand from your chin down to your collar bone with the flat of your hand. Rubbing your skin increases collagen production, which helps keep your skin taut and youthful.
