How to Keep Your Chin From Sagging
Sagging skin around the chin and neck can make a beautiful face seem old and droopy. Many factors contribute to a saggy skin such as excess weight, genetics and harsh environments. The problem can quickly grow out of hand, leaving an unsightly waddle of skin below your chin. Prevention is the best medicine for your chin area. Counteracting some of the outside forces that lead to a saggy chin will keep it looking firm and healthy for years.Things You'll Need

1
Change your diet to include healthy vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats. Eating healthy food helps you to slim down and improves your skin health. Eat conservatively so you don’t eat more calories than you burn in a day.
-
2
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. Lift your head straight up. Make a chewing gesture 20 times while your head is tilted upward to help tighten your neck muscles.
-
3
Lie down on your bed and rotate until your head is hanging over the edge of the mattress. Slowly lift your chin until you bring it close to your collar bone. Hold this position for 10 seconds and slowly lower your head back down for another rep.
-
4
Keep your head straight to help stretch the skin on your neck. Looking down or letting your chin slouch will create a double-chin effect.
-
5
Lift your head up so you’re staring at the ceiling. Rub your hand from your chin down to your collar bone with the flat of your hand. Rubbing your skin increases collagen production, which helps keep your skin taut and youthful.
-
6
Rub your throat and chin with cocoa butter. As you lose weight and tone up your throat, the cocoa butter will help improve the elasticity of your skin. This allows your skin to adjust and hug your jaw bone.
