How to Improve Cellulite in Legs
Over time, your body may begin to develop cellulite in areas including your stomach, arms and legs due to your body's natural aging process or your current lifestyle. Depending on your diet and daily exercise routine, improving and sometimes ultimately ridding the appearance of leg cellulite is possible by choosing proper foods and incorporating workouts each day with the problem areas on your body.Instructions

1
Add an exercise routine to your daily life to help improve your body's blood flow and keep it in shape. Complete a 30-minute cardio exercise routine at least three times a week, and focus on leg exercises specifically when completing strength-training exercises.

2
Change your current eating habits if you are eating unhealthily or eating fast food too frequently. Add foods that are high in protein and contain nutrients such as nuts, vegetables, fruits and whole-grain foods. Remove foods that are high in sugar (including sodas and candy with no added nutritional value).

3
Massage the area of your legs that contains the cellulite each day to help improve the overall look of the area. Alternatively, have a masseuse massage the specific area on your legs if the cellulite is located on the back of your upper thighs (or another hard-to-reach area).

4
Purchase anti-cellulite creams from a local beauty or department store. Rub the cream onto the area of your legs during a normal massage on the problem areas.

5
Contact a cosmetic doctor or plastic surgeon about having laser removal of the cellulite in your legs. Although pricey, this solution will reduce and ride the appearance of cellulite for up to six months (generally).
