How to Use an Electrosmog Meter
Electromagnetic frequencies, also known as EMFs, are the energy output that remains in the air as electrical items such as computers, cell phones and televisions are in use. A small amount of EMFs are not harmful, but a large concentration can cause health issues such as headaches or nausea. The amount of EMFs in an area is called Electrosmog and can differ from location to location. You can use an Electrosmog meter to determine if an area is safe.Instructions

Remove the battery compartment from the back of the Electrosmog meter. Insert a new 9 volt battery into the compartment and connect the electrodes. Close the battery compartment. Flip the "Power" switch on the side of the meter to the "On" position and the meter will light up for a moment.

2
Hold the meter in your right hand straight up and down with the top portion facing upward. Enter in the area that you want to measure the Electrosmog in. If you start to feel nauseated or get a headache, do not stay in the area, as it most likely contains a large amount of EMFs and is unsafe.

Wait for a moment and one of the lights on the EMF scale will come on. This light and the information next to it will indicate the amount of EMFs in the area that you are in. Mobile phones and Wi-Fi networks operate by using bursts of EMFs, which can cause multiple lights to appear at once.

If the light is green, you are in an area with very light Electrosmog. If the light is yellow, then you are in an area that has moderate Electrosmog but not enough to be considered dangerous. A red light indicates the strongest level of Electrosmog and means you are in a dangerous area. Record the information you need and leave as soon as possible.
