      Open the ibuprofen container and remove one tablet. Place the tablet in your mouth.

      Swallow the pill and drink the water to help you ingest the pill. Chew the tablet well before swallowing if you are taking a chewable table.

      Take another tablet in four to six hours if your symptoms persist. Take two pills per dose rather than one if the single tablet did not provide relief.

    Liquid Form
