How to Move Through Doors Using Crutches

Crutches are mobility aids that provide support for those with impaired walking ability. The most common types provide support under the arms or to the arms by means of an arm brace. Learning to walk with crutches can be a challenge, and even a door can be a difficult obstacle. But you can use the crutch to stabilize your body as you move through doors that swing either in or out.
