  Remove the old pads by simply pulling them off. Crutch pads are made to slip on and off, therefore, this will be an easy process.

  Replace the old pads with the newly purchased ones by slipping them over the top of the crutch. You will want to test out the new pads to make sure that they are a comfortable fit.
