How to Remove the Plug From an Exercise Ball
An exercise ball ranges from 14 to 29 inches in diameter. The ball may lose some air over time and you may need to pump more air into the ball. You can remove the plug from the exercise ball by using plastic tweezers that came with the ball.Things You'll Need

Hold the plastic tweezers that came with the ball in one hand. Using non-plastic tweezers may puncture the ball.

Turn the tweezers so the open end is pointing toward the plug in the ball. Position the tweezers between your thumb and your index finger.

Grab the plug in the exercise ball so the plug is between the two legs of the tweezers.

Squeeze the tweezers around the plug by pressing the thumb and index fingers on the tweezers closer together.

Pull the plug away from the ball with the tweezers while firmly squeezing the plug with the tweezers.
