Had 3 tests the first one was positive second had line showing and other very faint but third negative. Have cramps spotting. Coud I be pregnant?

It's possible that you could be pregnant, but it's also possible that you're not. The best way to know for sure is to see a doctor and have a blood test done.

A positive pregnancy test means that the hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) has been detected in your urine or blood. hCG is produced by the placenta after a fertilized egg implants in the uterus. However, it's important to note that a positive pregnancy test doesn't necessarily mean that you're pregnant with a viable fetus. In some cases, a positive pregnancy test can be caused by a chemical pregnancy, which is a pregnancy that ends before the embryo implants in the uterus.

Spotting and cramping can also be signs of early pregnancy, but they can also be caused by other things, such as stress, hormonal imbalances, or an underlying medical condition.

If you're concerned that you might be pregnant, it's important to see a doctor as soon as possible. A doctor can perform a blood test to confirm pregnancy and rule out other potential causes of your symptoms.
