Swallowing semen does not lead to pregnancy. Pregnancy occurs when a sperm fertilizes an egg. For fertilization to occur, the sperm must come into contact with the egg within the female reproductive tract. Swallowing semen does not provide a pathway for the sperm to reach the egg.
