Hi I havent had a period since Jan 09 Im 19 weeks pregnant and my due date is 4th 2010 How can find out when conceived?

To determine when you conceived, you can use the following methods:

1. Last Menstrual Period (LMP) Method: This is the most commonly used method to estimate the date of conception. Count back 38 weeks (or 266 days) from the first day of your last period. This date is considered the estimated date of conception. However, this method is not always accurate, especially if your menstrual cycles are irregular.

2. Ultrasound Measurements: During your prenatal ultrasound exams, the doctor measures the size and development of the fetus to estimate the gestational age. Based on these measurements, your doctor can calculate the approximate date of conception. Ultrasound dating is generally considered more accurate than the LMP method.

3. Ovulation Prediction: If you know the date of ovulation, you can add 14 days to it to estimate the date of conception. This method is only effective if you are able to accurately track your ovulation.

4. Blood Tests: In some cases, blood tests can be used to measure hormone levels, such as human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), which may provide information about the gestational age and, indirectly, the date of conception.

Please note that the exact date of conception cannot be pinpointed precisely, and these methods provide approximate estimates. Your doctor can help you determine the most accurate estimate based on your individual circumstances.
