Can you take a urine test to dertimine how far along are in pregnancy?

A urine test cannot reliably determine how far along a person is in pregnancy. Pregnancy is typically confirmed and monitored through blood tests that measure pregnancy hormones, such as human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and ultrasound examinations that visualise the developing fetus and gestational sac. Urine tests, such as home pregnancy tests, can indicate the presence of hCG, but they cannot provide precise information about the gestational age of the pregnancy.
