Boys that are not circumcised will find that they are not able to retract their foreskin beyond their glans, a condition known as phimosis, and wonder how to handle tight foreskin and be able to stretch their foreskin beyond their glans.

      Consult a doctor. Health Fitness, a men's website for men's health, suggests that you see a doctor if you suspect you have phimosis or tight foreskin. If it has reached the point that you are unable to clean the area properly and is developing a white deposit then you should definitely see your family doctor. Another reason to see your doctor about tight foreskin causes decreased sensitivities or sexual problems.

      Your doctor might suggest an operation. Basically, a circumcision as an adult and will leave you with a few weeks of pain but will solve the problem. Some doctors are choosing to perform an operation known as preputioplasty which is an incision in the foreskin which allows it to be more flexible. Both options work to correct the problem.       • Decreased risk of urinary tract infections;
      • Protection against cancer of the ****;
      • Ability to keep the **** cleaner
      On the other hand, the risks that need to be weighed are;
      • Bleeding, circumcision is a surgical procedure ;
