What is the primary difference between compression on an adult vs. a small child?
Child vs Adult Compression- Force and Rate: Compressions should be faster (approximately 100-120 compressions per minute) and stronger than adult compressions.
- Depth: Compress the chest at least 1/3 to ½ the anterior-posterior diameter of the child’s chest.
