How to Use a Straw to Help Quit Smoking
Quitting smoking is something that thousands of people attempt to do every day. Nicotine withdrawal plays a big role in people going back to smoking, but there is much more to it than that. After years of smoking, people become accustomed to having cigarettes in their mouths and hands. Once they quit smoking, they no longer have this and it becomes uncomfortable for them, so a natural reaction is to get another pack of cigarettes. This type of craving can be satisfied by a number of things. Straws are the perfect tool for the job since they are cheap, easy to carry around and even have a similar shape to cigarettes.Things You'll Need
