Adventure Therapy Programs

Adventure Therapy, also called Wilderness Adventure Therapy (WAT) or Outdoor Therapy, teaches troubled youth the skills they need to survive and flourish in everyday life. Whether navigating white water, completing a high-ropes course or camping under the stars, participants learn self-reliance, decision-making and confidence under the supervision of trained professionals.

    Adirondack Leadership Expeditions
