What are somethings that come with age?

* Wisdom: As people get older, they typically accumulate more life experience and knowledge, which can lead to greater wisdom. This can include a better understanding of oneself, others, and the world around them, as well as an increased ability to make sound decisions based on experience.

* Responsibility: As people get older, they often take on more responsibilities both in their personal lives (e.g., raising children, taking care of their health, managing finances) and in their professional lives (e.g., leading teams, taking on management positions). These responsibilities can require increased levels of organization, communication, and time management skills.

* Wealth: Some people accumulate wealth as they get older through various means such as savings, investments, inheritance, or a successful career. However, this is not the case for everyone and many factors are responsible for building wealth at any age.

* Illness: Health-related problems become more common with age. Some that come with growing age include Alzheimer's, cataracts, arthritis, hearing loss, cardiovascular illnesses, etc. The specific illness one may encounter varies from person to person and many preventive efforts can slow down any age-related chronic ailments. For these reasons it is imperative for older adults to see doctors regularly and ensure proper checkups as recommended by healthcare systems in your place of residence.

* Reduced physical abilities: Aging often involves deterioration in certain physical abilities such as vision, hearing, strength, mobility, and reaction time. While some loss of abilities should be expected with an older age, they can be slowed down with various preventive exercises, diet routines, therapies and healthy habits (ex. staying actively in some sport). Maintaining good heath habits is very important.
