Why do women have to give birth and not men?

It is biologically determined that women give birth and not men. The female reproductive system is designed for the development and nourishment of a fetus, including the uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, and vagina. Men do not possess these reproductive organs and therefore cannot carry or give birth to offspring.
