Microgynon 30 Instructions for Use

Microgynon 30 is an oral contraceptive pill. Microgynon 30 contains hormones that make the body think it has already had a menstrual cycle. The pills comes in packs and are designed to be taken once daily for 21 days between menstrual cycles. In addition to acting as birth control, Microgynon 30 causes women to have shorter periods.

  Start your first pack of Microgynon 30 by taking the first pill in the pack on the first day of your menstrual cycle.

  Follow the arrows on the pack. Take one pill each day for 21 days until you have taken all 21 pills.

  Wait seven days. After seven days of not taking any pills, start a new package of Microgynon 30.
