Apple cider vinegar can cure your yeast infection if you know how to use it.

Use Apple Cider Vinegar Orally. Add 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of water and drink it. It's difficult to get past the bitter taste for some individuals, so many hold their noses to prevent themselves from being able to taste it. By taking the apple cider vinegar orally, you can kill of bad bacteria inside your body that may be causing the yeast infection. The most common type of yeast infection bacteria is Candida, and by reducing the amounts of Candida that are inside the body, you can help cure the yeast infection internally.

There are also apple cider vinegar tablets that you may want to consider, if you find it difficult to take the vinegar in liquid form. Do not add sugar to the liquid in order to make it more palatable. Sugar fuels yeast like Candida and can end up making the infection even worse than it already is.

Use an Apple Cider Vinegar Douche. By douching with apple cider vinegar, you can reduce the amount of Candida bacteria that are present in the vagina. Simply add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 2 quarts of warm water and use the douche as a rinse. This can be done twice a day - in the morning and at night - and should be continued until the itching, discharge and other symptoms disappear. The vinegar shouldn't be any stronger than this ratio, as it can cause burning as well.

Use it for External Symptoms. Add 1-2 cups of apple cider vinegar to a warm bath and soak for at least ten to fifteen minutes. This will help with the external symptoms of a yeast infection, like the burning and itching. This can be done once or twice a day, depending upon the severity of your symptoms and whether or not you need relief.

Apple cider vinegar can be combined with other natural methods in order to help cure the yeast infection more quickly. Raw garlic, eaten in combination with the vinegar, is a great method for reducing the amount of Candida internally. Eating yogurt with live acidophilus is also a great way to help the vinegar get rid of the infection. A very small amount (a pinch) of cayenne pepper can be added to the apple cider vinegar douche to help heal the vaginal symptoms of a yeast infection. A very small amount like this should not cause burning, but do not add more than a pinch.

By using apple cider vinegar in all three methods, you can easily cure your yeast infection naturally and be rid of the irritating symptoms that accompany it.
