These side effects include coughing up blood, numbness or weakness of a leg or an arm, jaundice, abnormal vaginal discharge, odor or itching, slurred speech, chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, mood or mental changes (such as memory loss or extreme depression), tenderness, pain or swelling in the stomach, extreme headache or throwing up, speech or vision changes, breast ache, lumps on the breasts, the feet or the hands swelling, passing out, calf tenderness or pain and dizziness.
Allergic Reactions

Serious allergic reactions are unlikely but can happen with Climara Pro. Some signs of serious allergic reaction to the medicine include chest heaviness, swelling of the face, tongue, mouth and lips, itchiness, hives, skin rash and problems breathing. All of these symptoms call for emergency medical assistance.
