1
Begin by eliminating some things from your diet that help flare up your acne. These include alcohol, sugar, coffee, tea, soda and dairy products.
-
2
Wash your face daily with a mild soap. Any harsh soaps will dry out your face and make the acne worse.
-
3
Apply a mild astringent with a cotton ball after washing your face. This will feel cool, but it will cut down on the oil that can cause more breakouts.

Head to your local pharmacy and purchase an acne cream that contains Benzoyl peroxide. This is the safest ingredient you can use while you are pregnant. Most topical creams are safe, but it is recommended that pregnant women stick with the ones that contain Benzoyl peroxide. You can apply this cream to your acne twice daily. Once in the morning and once at night.
