The research showed the computer software used in Silverchair Learning Systems had to be created for users with an average reading age of between the sixth and eighth grade. To make the Silverchair system as easy as possible, the courses are accompanied by an audio voice over and are available in both English and Spanish. The Silverchair range of products is aimed directly at the four million senior care workers in the U.S.
