What are the different patient bed positions?

Supine position: The patient is lying flat on their back.

Prone position: The patient is lying flat on their front.

Lateral position: The patient is lying on their side.

Semi-Fowler's position: The patient is lying with their head and shoulders elevated at a 30-45 degree angle.

High Fowler's position: The patient is lying with their head and shoulders elevated at a 60-90 degree angle.

Trendelenburg position: The patient is lying with their head and shoulders lowered and their feet elevated.

Reverse Trendelenburg position: The patient is lying with their head and shoulders elevated and their feet lowered.

Fetal position: The patient is lying on their side with their knees bent and their chin tucked to their chest.
