How to Delete an IHC Account
Intermountain Healthcare (IHC) offers an online MyHealth service that allows patients to view medical records, test results, schedule appointments and more. However, patients may choose to stop using and delete their account at any time and for any reason. Write a letter stating that you no longer wish to participate in the IHC MyHealth program and request that your account be closed. Send the letter to your doctor's office.

State your desire to have the account closed while visiting your doctor's office.

Call Intermountain Healthcare at 801-442-5502 or 800- 442-5502. Business hours for the phone line are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. All times are Mountain Standard.
