How to Report Disability Cheaters
Whenever you have become aware of a person faking his disability claim, it is your responsibility to notify the authorities of the criminal behavior. Whether it be a job-related claim, or a personal claim of an inability to work, the Social Security Administration needs to be made aware of the person in question's dishonesty. The SSA makes it possible for you to report these claims by filling out an online form with all the necessary information needed to investigate the possible fraudulent activity. Visit the website of the SSA Office of the General Inspector. This office is responsible for investigations of fraud.

Click on the "Fraud Reporting Form" from the main menu for reporting the abuse of aid. This link will direct you to a form that will be sent to their office instantly after completion.

Select your desired anonymity from the drop-down menu that is located directly above the form.

Enter your business, or personal contact information, into the first section of the form if you would like to speak with the investigating office regarding the claim. This section is optional, and should not be filled out if you want to keep your identity a secret.

Enter the personal information of the person or business committing fraud into the next two sections of the form. You will be asked things like the full name, address, telephone number, and date of birth. If you plan on letting them know about two or more people or businesses involved with the fraudulent activity, include the others in the Summary Section in section IV of the form. The Summary Section is also where you can offer the details of the alleged fraud.

Enter the personal information of the victim in the next section. If you know of more than one victim, give the information on those parties in section IV of the form as well.

Click the "Submit Form" button to send the report to the investigating office.
