Pull open the head spring section to a 45-degree angle. Place the head spring section on its side so that the center mounting latches are facing to the right.
-
2
Set the foot spring section on its right side at a 90-degree angle in relation to the head spring section. The pull spring tube, which will connect the foot spring to the head spring, should be at the top of the of the section. The center mounting rivets will now be on the left side of the section.
-
3
Hook the bottom center mounting latch located on the head spring platform to the bottom mounting rivet located on the foot spring platform. Pull each side of the latch to make sure it is securely in place. Lifting each side slightly aids in giving you the extra leverage needed.
-
4
Hook the top center mounting latch located on the head spring platform to the top mounting rivet located on the foot spring platform. Pull each side of the latch to make sure they are securely in place. Lifting each side slightly aids in giving you the extra leverage needed.
-
5
Pull the springs into a flat position.
-
6
Pull the spring fabric down from the top of head platform to the bottom of the foot platform. Hook the provided links to the end of the foot spring platform to secure the fabric.
-
7
Flip the bed over so that the top portion is on the floor.
-
8
Insert the shaft of each caster into the leg assembly. The locking casters should be placed diagonally to each other. For example: if you place one locking caster on the right leg of the head platform; the other locking caster should be located on the left leg of the foot platform.
-
9
Lock the casters by pressing down on the lever located on the side of each locking caster. This is to ensure the bed remains steady for the duration of set-up.
-
10
Flip the bed over, so that the casters are now on the floor.
-
11
Place one universal bed end as close to the head spring platform as you can.
-
12
Lift the head spring section up until it is high enough to hook the corner locks into the universal bed end. Tilt the universal bed end toward the head spring section; placing the rivets of the bed end on top of the corner locks of the head spring platform. Pull the universal bed end upright, until you hear the rivets lock into place.
-
13
Repeat Steps 11 and 12 to connect the universal bed end to the foot spring platform.
-
14
Remove the plastic caps from each end of the drive shaft.
-
15
Press and hold the spring button on the inner shaft while inserting it into the outer shaft. Engage the spring button in the first positioning hole.

-
17
Inspect the junction box and electrical wires; making sure everything is intact.
-
18
Insert the cables into the junction box until you hear a click. The yellow cable is the foot spring height adjustment cable; it should be placed in the top slot. The blue cable is the head spring height adjustment cable; it should be places in the second slot. The green cable is for the pendant control; it should be placed in the bottom slot. Depress the cable slot lock to lock the junction box to the bed.
