Biotest Plasma Donation Centers have more than 10 locations in the United States. Three centers are located in Florida; Georgia, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas each contains one donation center.

All Biotest Plasma donating centers are licensed and regulated by the Food and Drug Administration to ensure a high standard of safe and effective plasma donation.
The centers have in place a detailed screening process before plasma donation to ensure the participant is healthy and not a carrier of any diseases, such as Hepatitis (A, B, and C) and HIV.
Donors do receive payment for their time and donation. One can forgo a monetary exchange in place of a donation to their favorite charity. Also, additional bonuses are given to donors who refer others to the center.
