How to Look Up an NCI Investigator Number

The National Cancer Institute requires all physicians who request and obtain consent from research subjects to have a valid NCI investigator number. This number, along with registration requirements set by the NCI, is in place to allow subjects to ensure the researcher is following the correct research protocols and procedures. You can easily find these numbers on the Web.
