  Navigate to the Health and Human Services department's HealthCare.gov site (see Resources). Click on the "Email Updates" link at the top of the Web page.

  Type in an active email address. Click "Go."

  Fill out the New Subscriber Web page. Click "Save."

  Place a checkmark in the boxes next to the subscriber preferences of interest. Click "Save."

  Type in a Zip code. Click "Save." Periodically check the email account for updates concerning healthcare reform.
