How to Donate Plasma & Blood in Mississippi
Regularly donating blood helps save the lives of those in need of a blood transfusion after an accident or injury. Regional blood banks exist throughout Mississippi and other states. These blood banks accept blood, platelets and plasma. Blood drives held by companies, civic organizations, schools, universities and community centers also accept blood and plasma. This blood is given to hospitals, clinics and other health care facilities to provide life-saving blood to those in need.Things You'll Need
