How to Apply for a SIN Card Online

A Canadian Social Insurance Card (SIN Card) is usually granted to Canadian citizens, newcomers to Canada and temporary residents, according to the Immigroup website. The SIN card allows you to work in Canada and even receive benefits. Even children over the age of 12 are eligible to get their own SIN Card. The process requires you downloading an application off the SIN website, filling it out, attaching a proof of documentation and sending it in.
