Its Long Beach location caters to a number of different clientele, all suffering from some form of drug addiction. Admission into the program involves a personal interview and a diagnostic evaluation. There are two programs aimed at teenagers, an in-house residential program on the 5-acre property and an outreach, after-school program. Both are aimed at juveniles aged 13 to 17. Adult rehabilitation programs are solely residential. There are two specialized women's programs located on Lake Ronkonkoma in Long Island, one of them geared to mothers with young children. Glen Cove
-
Glen Cove is a nursing and medical rehabilitation center on the north shore of Long Island that has been hailed as one of the best . It is a short-term rehab program for people just out of surgery who need help getting back on their feet. In order to keep the program short, the rehab routines are intense, but they can be combined or substituted with a more gradual reconditioning program depending on the patient's individual case. The programs are run by trusted orthopedic surgeons Eugene Krauss and Steven Erlanger. They often have patients referred to them, who will then go on to enjoy the 152-bed facility and the top-notch care provided there.
