Dental work is expensive and intricate, so it makes sense to confirm that your dentist is up to snuff before any procedure begins. Verifying your dentist's credentials is easy enough when they were educated and licensed in your own country, but what if they earned their degree abroad? Even if your dentist studied outside of your country, it is still possible to authenticate his degree.

  Check school records. If you know the name of the school your dentist attended, you may be able to verify with that school that your dentist graduated with the degree that she claims to have.
