A List of the 7 Human Emotions

Human emotions are a set of neural processes expressed through actions and behaviors. Facial expressions are indicators of emotional state and can visually differentiate one emotion from another. A person's emotional state can be evaluated for mental illness, distress, depression or anxiety. Emotions also improve a person's mental and physical well being.
  1. 7 Positive Human Emotions

    • Positive emotions drive individuals to seek out pleasure and comfort within those emotions. Humans strive to maximize exposure to positive emotions through activities that may or may not be positive.
