How to Use Depends
Instructions

1
Use the pads for mild urination problems. The pads are thicker than a liner and each size has a different thickness. Most pads can be inserted into the underpants, between the legs.
-
2
Use the liners for protection, just in case. The liners have a sticky tape that attaches to the underpants and are similar to panty liners women wear for light days of their menstrual cycles.
-
3
Use the briefs as an undergarment instead of your regular underwear. These briefs have tape tabs on each side so you can fasten them for a snug fit. For those who do not want to use liners or pads, the briefs are just what they need.
-
4
Use the belted shields in your underwear for extra protection. These shields have an absorbent center with a belt that fits snuggly around the waist.
-
5
Use the pull-ups for incontinence. The pull-ups act as an undergarment so underpants are not needed. These pull-ups have elastic legs and fit snuggly.
