What Is Fastin?

Fastin, also known as phentermine, suppresses your appetite. Fastin typically is prescribed for people who need to lose weight due to their increased health risks such as diabetes, hypertension or hyperlipidemia (high amount of fat in the bloodstream).

    How to Take Fastin

    • Take Fastin on an empty stomach before your first meal in the morning or approximately 10 to 14 hours before you go to sleep at night.

    How to Discontinue

    • Do not stop this medication without your doctor's input. Your doctor will determine whether you need to gradually decrease your dosage before coming off it.
