    • Testing your urine will provide you insight into how well your body is maintaining the proper pH of your blood. The normal range for urine pH is between 6.5 to 7.0 or more, although it can vary widely between 4.5 to 9.0 at different times of the day because of biochemicals being eliminated from your body.

    Blood pH

    • The healthy pH range for blood is between 7.25 and 7.45. When it drops to a lower, more acidic level, hemoglobin deteriorates.

    Vaginal pH

    • Vaginal pH should be between 3.5 to 4.5, which is very acidic. Vaginal discharge is a natural cleanser and the acidic level can control bacteria and fungi.
