Follow the automated prompts, pushing the number on your phone keypad that corresponds with the correct automated selections. Find a provider by speaking to a customer service representative. Provide your member number and name, confirm your address and provide your location so the representative can locate a provider for you.

Visit your Blue Cross Blue Shield website to access a list of your Blue Cross providers. Log in by entering your user name and password. Locate the "Find a Doctor and More" link on the Blue Cross homepage and click on it.
