      Pay your bill online. Log in to your account on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama website using your username and password. Follow the instructions provided under "Pay My Bill" to input your credit card information or bank account information. Confirm your payment amount and payment method and submit your payment. Print the confirmation page for your records.

      Call Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and follow the electronic prompts for over the phone payments. Provide the customer service representative with your name, credit card or bank account information and your BCBS account number. Write down the confirmation number for your records.

      Mail your payment to BCBS. When you receive your monthly statement simply tear the stub where perforated and place it in the enclosed envelope with a check in the amount of your premium. Don't forget to sign your check.

Provide the operator with your bank account number, bank routing number and the name on your account. Each month your premium is deducted from your account by BCBS, which requires you to do absolutely nothing.
