Florida KidCare is a state subsidized health insurance option provided for uninsured children of low income families who qualify for the program. Pay online on the Healthy Kids website at healthykids.org. Choose "Pay/Renew." Choose "Pay Online." Click "Pay Your Monthly Premium On-line." Verify your account with the required information and follow the instructions to submit your payment. Pay with cash at a Fidelity Express location. Cash is the only option at Fidelity Express. There are over 600 locations statewide. Take your payment coupon and 10-digit account number with you. Obtain a receipt for all cash payments. Payments must be made before 3:00 p.m. to be applied to your account the next business day. A $2.00 fee applies for all cash payments.
