Visit UnitedHealthCareOnline.com from an Internet-enabled computer. Click the “About Us” tab in the top left corner of the window. Select the “Affiliates” link on the blue vertical bar on the left. Click “Oxford Health Plans.” In the white area of the page, click the URL OxfordHealth.com.
Alternatively, call the customer service number listed on your member card to ask for assistance finding a plan doctor or facility. If you have a hearing impairment, dial 800-201-4875. Oxford Health Plans also offers member assistance in Chinese at 800-303-6719 and in Korean at 888-201-4746.

Select one of three options under the orange banner “Get to Know Oxford”: To find a physician, click “Search for an Oxford doctor.” Select between the hyperlink “hospital” and “lab” to find the type of facility for which you are looking. Any of the three options takes you to a search page.

Fill in the blanks in the appropriate search page. Use the pull-down menus to narrow your search results -- there are numerous options that will allow you to find a doctor you'd like besides location. The “Find a Physician” page, for example, allows you to select the gender you prefer. You can search for a doctor, hospital or laboratory by name, address or Oxford provider ID.

Print a list of nearby doctors, if you're inclined, according to how far you're willing to consider driving, one of the aforementioned online options to choose. Also, if so inclined, print maps and directions to those you'll visit.
